Ingredienti:
3 uova

120 gr di margarina vegetale
120 gr zucchero semolato
150 gr farina 00
100 gr fecola di patate
1/2 fialetta aroma vaniglia
150 gr yogurt alla vaniglia
1 bustina di lievito in polvere per dolci
zucchero a velo
Preparazione:
In una ciotola capiente lavorare la margarina con lo
zucchero e un pizzico di sale.
Poi unire le uova una alla volta, lo yogurt, l'aroma alla
vaniglia, la farina setacciata con la fecola e il lievito.
Ungere la tortiera e versare il composto.
Mettere in forno già caldo a 180°C e cuocere per circa 40
minuti.
Sfornare, far raffreddare e poi spolverizzare con lo
zucchero a velo.
ENGLISH VERSION

of vanilla extract
150 gr
vanilla yogurt
1 pack of
yeast
Icing sugar
Directions:
In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, combine margarine with sugar and a pinch of salt.
Then add eggs one at a time, vanilla extract, flour with potato starch and yeast and beat until the batter is smooth and creamy.
Grease the cake tin and pour the mixture.
Place into the preheated oven and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
Once cooked, remove from oven and dust with icing sugar.
