Ingredienti:
250 gr di ricotta
50 gr di zucchero a velo
4 cucchiai di nocciolata RdA
100 gr di nocciole tritate grossolanamente
1 pacchetto di biscotti wafer al cioccolato
Preparazione:
Setacciare la ricotta con lo zucchero a velo.
Aggiungere la nocciolata. Nel caso la consistenza sia troppo densa aggiungere un cucchiaio di panna da cucina.
Infine amalgamare anche le noccciole tritate e i wafer sbriciolati.
Mescolare finchè la crema risulta ben omogena.

50 gr icing sugar
4 spoons of nocciolata RdA
100 gr grossly chopped nuts
1 pack of chocolate wafer biscuits
Method:
Sift the ricotta cheese with the icing sugar.
Add the nocciolata cream. If the stiffness is too dense, you can add a spoon of cooking cream.
At the end mix the chopped nuts and crumbled wafer biscuits.
Toss until the cream is smooth.
