Ingredienti per 6 baguette:
Dividere l’impasto in 6 parti e disporli formando dei filoncini su una placca foderata di carta da forno; incidere la superficie, spolverizzare con della farina e far lievitare per altri 30 minuti.
Pennellare le baguette con il latte e infornare a 200°C per 25/30 minuti.
Sfornare le mini baguette e una volta raffreddate sono pronte da farcire.

300 gr flour 00
125 gr milk
25 gr butter
10 gr brewer’s yeast
8 gr salt
8 gr sugar
1 egg
Method:
Warm the milk and melt the butter and baking powder and mixed well. To cool.
Mix the egg with the sugar, flour and salt, then add the milk and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Let rise for 40 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
Divide the dough into 6 pieces and arrange them to form loaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; etch the surface, sprinkle with flour and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Brush the baguette with milk and bake at 200 ° C for 25/30 minutes.
Remove from the oven the mini baguette and once cooled they are ready to be stuffed.
