As you should know, piadina is the typical bread from Emilia Romagna region (from Italy).
You can buy the dough at the supermarket, but if you want try to make it, here below the recipe.
The following version is without lard, substituted by oilseed.
250 gr all-purpose flour
1 spoon of oilseed
100 ml water
1/2 tsp of salt
Method:
In a bowl place the flour and place centrally the other ingredients.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Divide into 4 parts and roll the dough out on the floured surface with a rolling pin.
Heat the crepe maker and place piadina one by one, riddling them with a fork.
Cook for some minutes per side.
Let cool and fill the piadina to your taste.
